Praveen K has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they focused on fuel cell membrane synthesis. From 2006 to 2008, Praveen joined TVS Motor Company, where they transitioned to a business development role and played a crucial role in establishing new facilities and managing projects.

In 2009, Praveen worked as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Ulm and as a Senior Research Analyst at Zentrum für Sonnenenergie- und Wasserstoff-Forschung Baden-Württemberg (ZSW), focusing on fuel cell research and testing. Praveen also served as a Senior Researcher at Mercedes-Benz Fuel Cell GmbH, where they contributed to fuel cell system testing and validation.

In 2011, Praveen founded 4ZE Racing, an electric racing team, and led the development of advanced vehicle control features for electric racing cars. Praveen also worked as an Assistant Professor at SRM University during this period.

From 2014 to 2020, Praveen joined TVS Motor Company again, this time as a Senior Strategy Business Development Manager. In this role, they collaborated with global skill teams and strategy teams to align strategic priorities and contributed to the company's business development and planning efforts.

In 2020, Praveen became the Head of Program Management at ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited, where they spearheaded active and passive safety system projects for different markets.

Currently, Praveen works at Embitel Technologies as the Global Head - EV - Associate Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for leading the development of electric and fuel cell powertrain systems. Praveen is also involved in various areas, such as EV modular platform solution architecture and battery management systems.
