Elisa H. is currently a PhD student at EMBL, focusing on signaling dynamics during axis formation in mouse gastruloids. Previous experience includes an Associate Research Fellow position at the University of Turin, where Elisa explored chromatin organization in congenital heart diseases, as well as a Technical Assistant role at CeMM, employing chemoproteomics for drug target discovery. Elisa completed an ERASMUS Internship at the CMR[B] Center of Regenerative Medicine in Barcelona, studying heart regeneration, and multiple internships at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) investigating cardiac development in zebrafish and human embryonic stem cells. Education includes a Doctor's degree in Biomedicine at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Master of Science in Tissue Engineering from FH Technikum Wien, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedicine and Biotechnology from Vetmeduni.
