Frosina Stojanovska is a Bridging Postdoc at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) since October 2020, specializing in developing a self-supervised learning framework for cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) data to extract molecular information from in-situ biological samples. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje from March 2019 to October 2020, where Frosina focused on deep learning methods for protein structure and function prediction and taught various undergraduate courses. Frosina's earlier roles include Laboratory Teaching Assistant positions and a Data Science Internship at Sorsix, where data mining and machine learning techniques were applied. Frosina's education includes a PhD from Heidelberg University (2020-2024), a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje (2018-2019), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution (2014-2018).
