Jana Helsen is a highly accomplished researcher with a strong academic background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Jana completed a Bachelor of Science in Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen from the University of Antwerp, graduating with Maxima cum laude, followed by a Master of Science in the same field from KU Leuven with Magna cum laude. Jana earned a PhD from KU Leuven, working as a Doctoral Research Fellow in the CMPG laboratories.
