Veronika Peclová

Veronika Peclová is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Since 2017, Veronika has served as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Partner at EMBL, where a progressive career included roles as an HR Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Officer specializing in recruitment. Prior to EMBL, Veronika completed a Labour Law Internship at Meilicke Hoffmann & Partner and gained HR recruitment experience at Inditex's Talent Centre in Barcelona. Veronika holds a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Human Resources from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has completed further master's courses in Innovation and Project Management at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society. Additionally, Veronika earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Psychology and Management of Human Resources from Jan Amos Komensky University, Prague, and participated in an Erasmus Study Programme at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid focusing on Human Resources.
