Laust Wilster Axelsen

Laust Wilster Axelsen is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in the tech and healthcare sectors. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Embla since December 2021, Laust has spearheaded a comprehensive weight loss program utilizing GLP-1 medication alongside coaching and exercise for obesity management. Prior to this, Laust served as Chief Product Officer and Co-founder at PatientSky from August 2014 to November 2021, where notable achievements included orchestrating three acquisitions and overseeing an IPO on EuroNext Growth Oslo in 2020. Laust began their career as Product Lead at Convene, focusing on UI and UX design for mobile, web, and desktop applications. Laust holds a degree in Digital Media & Design, with a specialization in Interaction Design and Digital Communication from IT-Universitetet i København, 2009-2012.
