Carlos Basurto

Carlos Basurto has worked in the supply chain management field since 2007. Carlos began their career at Solar San Miguel as a Procurement and Project Manager, where they supervised production, installation, and procurement and gained valuable knowledge in project management. In 2014, they joined TCL North America as a Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for managing prime accounts from major telecommunications carriers and providing weekly Collaborating Planning, Forecasting and Analysis calls. Carlos was later promoted to Senior Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for defining process and strategies to reduce cost in local inventory and transportation. In 2019, Carlos joined both Emblem Solutions and Polaroid Mobile as a Senior Supply Chain Manager. At Emblem Solutions, they were thrilled to partner with the company and to work with great people. At Polaroid Mobile, they were responsible for defining long term logistics strategy and executing distribution for both Forward and Reverse Logistics.

Carlos Basurto obtained their Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management from the Global Training Center in 2003. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro from 1995 to 1996. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Excel: Macros and VBA from LinkedIn.
