Armen R. Kherlopian

Armen R. Kherlopian, Ph.D., is an accomplished executive serving as Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Covenant Venture Capital since 2022, alongside the role of Chief Science and Innovation Officer. As a Scientific Advisory Board Member at the Translational Research Institute for Space Health, Armen contributes to research addressing the health needs of astronauts for missions to Mars and beyond, collaborating with prestigious institutions such as Baylor College of Medicine, Caltech, and MIT. In addition, Armen holds positions as a Board Director at Scylla, Co-Founder of Voxface, and Founding Partner at BAJ Accelerator, along with advisory roles at Bitvore, Embodied, Inc., cognaize, and New Health Investment Group. As an investor with New York Angels since 2020, Armen holds a PhD in Biophysics from Cornell University and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
