Cynthia Pong, JD, is the founder and career coach at Embrace Change, a company established in December 2015 that focuses on providing strategic coaching and training to mid-career women of color professionals. With a specialization in business management, negotiation, leadership, and career transition, Cynthia has successfully coached clients across various fields, including media, law, and academia, while also consulting for organizations such as MIT Sloan School of Business and Greenberg Traurig. Prior to this role, Cynthia served as a public defender at The Legal Aid Society and directed training at The Restorative Center. Additionally, experience includes a law clerk position at the Mississippi Supreme Court and various internships and roles in legal and educational settings. Cynthia holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from Brown University.
