Heather Frank

Heather Frank has extensive experience in educational support and finance, currently serving as an Onboarding & Claims Analyst and previously as a Medicaid Success Specialist at Embrace® Software for Educators since March 2020. Prior to that, Heather worked at Madison County Government from July 2015 to October 2019 as a Finance Clerk and Licensure Specialist for Regional Office of Education #41. Heather's career began at TheBANK of Edwardsville, where a role as Lead Teller was held from June 2011 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Greenville University and an Associate's degree from Lewis and Clark Community College.
