Amber Barrett, M.A., is an experienced professional in career development and organizational learning with a strong background in customer service and pharmacy operations. Currently serving as a Career Development Manager and Engagement Manager at Embrace Families since October 2020, Amber previously held roles as a Registered Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Associate at Publix Super Markets. In addition, Amber has expertise in designing and delivering training programs as an Organizational Development Learning and Change Specialist at Children's Home Society of Florida. With a Master of Arts in Education & Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida, Amber is skilled in employee engagement, performance management, and talent planning.
