Matt Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analytics and software solutions, currently serving as the Director of Business Analytics and Automation at Embrace Families since September 2016. In this role, Matt champions the growth of an analytics culture through data integration and management, while leading innovative business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives. Prior to this, Matt held multiple leadership positions at the Children's Home Society of Florida, including Sr. Director of Software Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development for data gathering, overseeing the maintenance of statewide systems, and ensuring data integrity. Earlier career roles included positions at Volaris Online, Inc and e-xpedient/CAVU, Inc, focusing on database development and programming. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida.
