Nicole Peterson-Musgray

Nicole Peterson-Musgray serves as the Executive Director at Embrace Families, overseeing a multi-million-dollar annual budget and leading quality improvement initiatives for child welfare services in Seminole County since March 2016. Previously, Nicole held positions as Associate Executive Director and Operations Manager within the same organization, focusing on operational oversight and coaching for the Orange County and Seminole County operations teams. With experience as Adoptions Manager at Community Based Care of Central Florida and Special Projects Coordinator with the Florida Department of Children and Families, Nicole has a strong background in adoption processes and data management. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
