Derek F. Lombard

Derek F. Lombard has a comprehensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Derek F. started their career at Embrace Home Loans in 1996 as a Credit Manager and Assistant Loan Officer before transitioning to roles in talent development and human resources. Lombard then joined the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation as Director of Operations & Management Planning before returning to Embrace Home Loans, where they held various HR leadership positions. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Embrace Home Loans.
