Nicole Hawkins

Nicole Hawkins is an experienced marketing and customer service professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Strategic Alliance Manager at Embrace Home Loans since April 2017, Nicole has also held roles including Retail Marketing Support Manager and Regional Marketing Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Nicole worked as Marketing & Public Relations Manager at Angela Moore, Inc. from January 2005 to March 2017, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies for a vibrant lifestyle brand. Nicole's experience also includes a tenure at Delta Air Lines from October 1994 to November 2004, where responsibilities included conflict resolution as a Senior Customer Service Representative and management of the Crown Room Clubs as Northeast Regional Marketing Manager. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
