Mark Shockley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mark is currently the Head of Revenue Operations at Embrace, where they strategically built and scaled the Revenue Operations function and collaborated with executive leadership on go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, Mark worked as an Outside Advisor at Proptitude Real Estate Marketing. Mark also served as a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst at SailPoint, where they headed sales operations for a global ISR team and collaborated with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Before that, Mark held the role of Sr. Sales Operations Analyst at Ten-X Commercial, where they provided tactical and operational reporting and developed attribution modeling to increase top-of-funnel opportunities. Mark also worked as a Business Analyst and Lead Generation & Strategic Insights at Ten-X Commercial. Furthermore, Mark gained experience as a Research Analyst at Strategic Partnerships, Inc. and as a Research Fellow at Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

Mark Shockley holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Texas Tech University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution. Mark has additional certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce and as a Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software.
