James Shakour

James Shakour is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and strategic IT leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure at Embrace Pet Insurance since June 2018, James plays a vital role in overseeing infrastructure operations and security initiatives as a key member of the Strategic Leadership Team. Previously, James held the position of IT Director at Ohio Business Machines, where responsibilities included guiding IT strategy in alignment with company objectives.
