Amber Fulton, CFRE, has extensive experience in nonprofit management and leadership. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Operations at Embrace Texas since March 2016, Amber previously held the roles of Director of Operations and Director of Development, contributing to donor relations, fundraising, budgeting, and grant writing. Prior experience includes Lead Consultant at Amber Fulton and Associates, and Executive Director at Friends of Texas Public Schools, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning. Amber also served as a School Board Member for Lewisville ISD, overseeing a budget of $450 million. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, a BAAS in Mediation/Volunteer Program Management from the University of North Texas, and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Collin College.

A child-centered, family-focused, church-based non-profit organization in McKinney, Texas equipping churches to reclaim the care of foster, adopted and orphaned children. Founded in 2007, Embrace works on the ground in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to pilot programs in family support and recruitment efforts locally in order to multiply ministry nationally.
