Andrea Mytholar

Andrea Mytholar, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma Black Belt, has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Compliance Agent at Embraer Defense and Security since February 2014. Responsibilities include providing support to A-29 Super Tucano LAS operators and interfacing with customers to resolve issues. Previously, at Embraer, Andrea held the position of Office Administrator, managing various administrative tasks and site-wide events. Prior experience also includes roles at Convergys as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and as an Administrative Executive Assistant for Programa Leilões. Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from UNOPAR and has completed PMP exam preparation and Lean Six Sigma certification courses.
