Christopher Barnby

Christopher Barnby is currently serving as the Chief of Maintenance at Embraer since October 2023 and holds an ongoing position as Associate Quality Manager at L3Harris Technologies since November 2021. Christopher has previously held the role of Manager of Quality Management at L3Harris Technologies. From June 2015 to November 2021, Christopher worked as a Maintenance Analyst at B3 Solutions, LLC, providing innovative aviation maintenance solutions to the Department of State. Prior military experience includes serving as the Command Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserve from April 2014 to April 2018, advising on matters related to health, welfare, and morale for a wing of 1,700 enlisted members. Previously, Christopher was a Program Manager at Delta Air Lines for over 25 years, managing communications and relationships regarding aircraft maintenance with regulatory bodies. Christopher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from the Community College of the Air Force.
