Elton Dadamo

Elton Dadamo is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Embraer since April 2023, Elton is responsible for the Integrated Product Development of Executive Aviation, focusing on global production sites and the development of new products and modifications. Previously, Elton held roles at ELEB and Embraer, managing manufacturing engineering departments, overseeing significant capital investments, and contributing to various aircraft programs. Elton's expertise includes process engineering, GD&T, and continuous improvement methodologies, complemented by an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
