Fernando Elias

Fernando Elias has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Fernando started their career in 1997 as an Electronic Technician at Alcan Alumínio do Brasil, where they worked until 2002. In 2006, they joined Embraer as a Logistic Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Asset Contracts Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Contract Negotiator before becoming the Director of Contracts. In 2020, they took on the role of Commercial Director - Asset Management, responsible for remarketing preflown aircraft. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Customer Finance at Embraer. Throughout their career, Fernando has demonstrated expertise in contract management, financial activities, and sales operations.

Fernando Elias completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade de Taubaté from 1999 to 2002. Fernando then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of East London from 2004 to 2005.
