Regional Vice President Sales at Embraer

Francisco Moraes has a diverse work experience ranging from engineering roles to managerial positions. Francisco started their career at Equatorial Sistemas in 1996 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they joined Embraer as a Development Engineer, where they contributed to the company's development projects until 2006. Francisco then transitioned to the role of Customer Account Manager at Embraer, responsible for managing customer accounts from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Airline Analyst at Embraer, bringing their expertise to analyzing airline data. Most recently, they have been working at Embraer as the Regional Vice President Sales, starting in July 2015.

Francisco Moraes has a strong educational background. Francisco began their education journey at Colégio Técnico ETEP, where they obtained a degree as a Mechanical Technician in Science Technologies/Technicians in 1988. Francisco then went on to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1989 to 1993. Following this, Francisco continued their studies at the same university, completing an MSc in Mechanical Design - Vibration Analysis from 1994 to 1996. In 2005, they enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and earned an MBA in Project Management in 2006. Most recently, in 2019, Francisco attended Harvard Law School, specializing in Negotiation and Leadership through their program.
