Magali Leite

Magali Leite's work experience includes serving as the CFO | DRI at Espaçolaser starting from June 2023. Magali is also the President Ibef SP at IBEF São Paulo since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Embraer as the Vice President of the Fiscal Council starting from April 2023. Before that, they held the position of President of the Fiscal Council at Grupo Casas Bahia since April 2021.

Magali Leite has a diverse education history. In 1997-1998, they pursued Post-Graduate Studies in the Analysis of the Economic Environment at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. In 2000-2002, they obtained an MBA in Corporate Management from Ibmec. In 2014-2015, Magali completed the 53o Management Counsel Course in Corporate Governance at IBGC. In 2015, they participated in the Executive Program on Strategy and Organization at Stanford University. Magali then pursued an Executive Program in M&A Mergers and Acquisitions at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business starting from 2022. Magali is also currently pursuing a degree in Ciências Contábeis at FACULDADE FIPECAFI. Additionally, they hold certifications in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Certificate Board Member from IBGC, a Certificate Fiscal Board Member from IBGC, and a Certified CFO(BR) from IBEF São Paulo. Magali completed a Master's degree in Governança na Nova Economia at Gonew.Community in 2021.
