Marcelo Santiago

Marcelo Santiago has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Trainee at Andrade Gutierrez S.A. from 1999 to 2000. Marcelo then joined Embraer in 2001 as a Project Finance Analyst and later worked as an Associate Customer Finance from 2005 to 2009. Marcelo advanced to become the Director of Customer Finance ECA & LatAm, serving from an unknown start date to 2013. Marcelo then held the position of Managing Director of Customer Finance from 2013 to 2016 before being promoted to Managing Director of Customer Finance & Credit Risk Management from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Marcelo serves as the Vice President of Contracts & Asset Management at Embraer.

Marcelo Santiago completed their BA in Business, with a specialization in Finance, from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, between 1995 and 1999. Marcelo then pursued an MSc in Production Engineering, with a focus on Financial Engineering, from the same university, from 1999 to 2002.
