Melissa Joyce

Melissa Joyce currently serves as the Director of Promotion Strategy for Commercial Aviation at Embraer, a position held since December 2022. Previously, from April 2013 to December 2022, Melissa worked as a Marketing Specialist at Embraer Executive Aircraft, Inc., where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, managing events, and overseeing marketing compliance and budgets. Earlier experiences include roles at the American Cancer Society as a Community Representative Assistant, and as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Custom Engraving Company. Additional positions include marketing roles at ProAKtive Solutions and Suntree Country Club, along with earlier positions as a Lab Support Assistant and Lab Assistant. Melissa holds an MBA and dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as experience as a volleyball coach with the Little Rock Juniors Volleyball Club.
