Rinaldo Piubeli Prado

Rinaldo Piubeli Prado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rinaldo began their career as a Chemical Technician Trainee at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. in 1993, followed by a role as a Chemical Technician at Galvani S.A. in 1993-1994. Rinaldo then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Trainee at Rhodia in 1999. In 2000, they worked briefly as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Progresso Hudtelfa Fitas - PHFIT.

In 2000, Prado joined Embraer, where they held various positions over the years. Rinaldo started as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2000-2004, focusing on production planning and aircraft configuration management. Rinaldo then served as a Process Development Engineer from 2004 to 2006, developing aeronautical manufacturing software for final assembly stages. Prado was later promoted as the Comercial Contracts Negotiation and Administration Team Leader from 2006 to 2014, leading teams in both technical and financial administration of aircraft purchase contracts. Rinaldo also collaborated on continuous improvement tools development, coordinated contractual amendments with the legal department, and managed department business action plans.

In 2014, Prado took on the role of Contracts Administration Senior Manager at Embraer. In this position, they negotiated complex agreements with aviation customers worldwide and provided guidance on proposal development and contract negotiation pricing strategies. Rinaldo also managed and validated input from internal organizations to formulate significant contractual agreements for the company's success. Prado held this role until 2018, when they transitioned to become the Sales Contracts Director in the Embraer Defense & Security division. In this role, they led a team of account managers and monitored contracts performance for compliance with applicable laws and contractual requirements.

In 2020, Prado was promoted to Senior Director of Sales & Contracts Negotiations at Embraer, where they continued to excel in sales and contract negotiations. Most recently, they assumed the role of Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales in 2022. As a key leader, they oversee the global operations of Embraer Defense & Security, focusing on service and support, innovation, and business partnerships.

In addition to their extensive career at Embraer, Prado also worked as a University Professor at ETEP Faculdades from 2010 to 2011, further showcasing their expertise and knowledge in the aerospace industry.

Rinaldo Piubeli Prado holds a diverse education history. Rinaldo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Paulista between 2016 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA from 2006 to 2009. Furthermore, Rinaldo also completed a Specialization in Projects Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2001 to 2003. Rinaldo holds a Material Engineer's degree from UFSCar - Alumni, earned between 1995 and 1999. Finally, Rinaldo pursued Professional Technical Education in Chemistry at ETECAP - Technical State School Conselheiro Antônio Prado from 1991 to 1994.
