Rubens Mauad

Rubens Mauad has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, having worked at Embraer since November 2007, where roles included Director of Sales Contracts Negotiation & Offset, overseeing negotiations and strategic customer interactions across multiple regions, and Director of Combat, Modernization and Special Missions Aircraft Program Office, managing key defense programs. Additional positions at Embraer include Director of Radars and Land Systems Program Office, and Manager of the Phenom Program, where Rubens successfully oversaw a portfolio of over 50 projects. Prior to Embraer, Rubens worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Supply Assistant. Educational background includes a degree in Logistics Systems and Technological Innovation Economics from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and an MBA in Business Projects Management from FAAP.
