Troy Lydon has a diverse work history spanning over 27 years. Troy began their career in the US Army as a Helicopter Mechanic Lead Supervisor from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they worked at Mesa Airlines as a Lead Mechanic from 1998 to 2002. Troy then joined Chautauqua Airlines as a Quality Control Inspector from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they worked at FedEx as a Handler DOT for a year. Since 2008, Troy has been associated with Embraer, starting as an Aircraft Mechanic / Designated Inspector and progressing to roles including Lead Mechanic, Quality Coach / OJT Trainer, Tech Support Manager Structures, and currently serving as the Vice President of Operations. Troy's extensive experience in aviation and leadership roles makes him a valuable asset in the industry.
Troy Lydon obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Southern Nevada, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.
