Eloy S. Guandalini has over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, primarily at Embratel since November 2010, where roles have included Analista de Serviços Telecom specializing in end-to-end infrastructure knowledge within the VOC (video operation center) and the engineering of conditional access systems (CAS). Responsibilities have encompassed operational testing, troubleshooting, and overseeing the maintenance of key systems relevant to IPTV services. Eloy’s earlier experience included technical support roles at Claro and Algar Tecnologia, focusing on device configuration and programming, contributing to a solid foundation in telecommunications technology. Eloy holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a technical degree in Electronics from Data Way - Escola Técnica.
