Mário Sergio Rachid

Mário Sergio Rachid is the current Executive Director of Digital Solutions at Embratel. Mário has been with the company since 2007, starting as the IT Director. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's IT team and developing digital solutions for Embratel's customers. In 2010, they were promoted to their current position, where they have continued to develop innovative digital solutions for Embratel's customers.

Mario Sergio Rachid has a background in IT, having earned a bachelor's degree from PUC-RJ. Mário then went on to complete an MBA in Information Technology from Fundação Getulio Vargas / FGV. Most recently, they completed an Advanced Management Program in Gestao from IESE Business School.

Their manager is Andrea Mannarino, COO & IT Operations Director. They work with Maria Teresa Azevedo Lima - Executive Director, Yêda Matta Brandi - Head of Business & Digital Channel.
