Monique Garces

As Regional Manager for Embrey Management Services (EMS), Monique Garces oversees all facets of the management and compliance of the company's portfolio of multifamily communities in the San Antonio Region.

Monique first started with Embrey as a property manager in 2014. Prior to joining the team, she acquired more than a decade of multifamily property management experience through her work at companies such as Broadway Developments, CK Property Management and Trammell Crow Residential.
