Irina Goncharova

Irina Goncharova is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of Networking at Embria since October 2011. In this dual role, Irina focuses on identifying potential startup co-founders, negotiating with startup management teams, and organizing networking events for IT entrepreneurs, while also fostering a community of industry experts and establishing business partnerships. Prior to Embria, Irina held the position of Business Development Manager and Deputy Director General at RT group from September 2003 to June 2012. Irina holds a Specialist degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics and a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Philology from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
