Aleksandra Smigic

Aleksandra Smigic is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Associate at ReSource Pro since June 2024 and at Embroker since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Aleksandra worked as an Assistant Underwriter Specialist at OIP Team from February 2017 to April 2022, and as a Customer Contact Representative at Sitel Group from March 2016 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as a Query Judgment Associate at Microsoft from April 2015 to January 2016 and as an English Teacher at Bibo Global Opportunity from August 2014 to September 2015. Aleksandra holds a Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade (2013-2015) and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution (2009-2013).
