Stephen Silver

Stephen Silver is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Access Distribution Retail Channel Leader at Embroker Access since May 2022, specializing in the distribution of proprietary insurance products through retail agencies. Previously, Stephen held roles such as Access Channel Manager and Agency Growth Coach at OAA, where coaching and mentoring over 100 member agencies contributed to significant premium growth. Stephen also managed business growth and team operations in roles such as Access Plus Director at Synergy Insurance Services and has extensive experience in sales and training from positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, AXA Advisors, and The Hartford. Stephen's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree from Oklahoma City Community College and ongoing studies at the University of Central Oklahoma.
