Chi Okoye is an accomplished Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in the airline and airport industry. At Embross since May 2019, Chi leads the development and execution of the global software product portfolio for passenger, airline, and airport applications, successfully launching multiple innovative products and features. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Air Canada, where Chi developed strategies and launched key features for inflight entertainment, and Product Manager at The Calgary Airport Authority, managing passenger application products and facilitating important cost-saving initiatives. In addition to practical experience, Chi holds multiple degrees and certificates from Queen's University, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and the International Institute of Business Analysis, emphasizing management innovation and digital product management.
