Nelsonya Harrell

Nelsonya Harrell is currently working as a Service Manager at Embross since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nelsonya held various positions at CARE, including Global Service Desk Manager and Lead Support and Training Specialist. With experience as a Technical Support Engineer II, Nelsonya also worked as a Help Desk Intern at Care USA. Additionally, Nelsonya completed the Year Up program in 2011 after graduating from Frederick Douglass High School in 2005 with a degree in Engineering and Applied Technology.
