Cheily Diaz

Cheily Diaz possesses a robust background in management and human resources, having held various leadership roles at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, including Director of Recruiting and Compensation, Director of Compensation and HR Compliance, and Business Manager for the College of Aviation. Prior experience includes ownership of North Star Environmental Consulting, Inc., and serving as an Assistant Branch Manager at Regions Bank. Cheily Diaz also has a strong foundation in the military as a former Sergeant in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
