Dr. Phil Kapelyus

Dr. Phil Kapelyus, Ph.D., is a multifaceted professional currently serving as the Deputy Counselor to the President of the United States at The White House since January 2025 and as an Operator for the US Transportation Command since March 2024. In addition to these roles, Dr. Kapelyus operates Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, specializing in aviation and aerospace programs, and holds the positions of Chief Marketing Officer at Family Academy, CEO and Founder of PKNY, Chief Operating Officer at GC Entertainment VIP Jets, and Co-Producer at GC Entertainment. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Aeronautical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as degrees in aviation maintenance, medical and dental assisting, and business.
