Dr. Rachel Vigness

Dr. Rachel Vigness has extensive experience in academia and marketing, currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Student Success & Accreditation and an Associate Professor of the Practice at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since 2005. Vigness has held various roles at Embry-Riddle, including oversight of academic support across 29 campuses, fostering significant enrollment growth while managing a substantial operating budget. Previous experience includes teaching marketing courses at Middle Georgia State University and working as a Marketing Coordinator at ANSA Automotive Parts Distributors, where effective budget management and strategic planning led to increased marketing efficiency. Vigness holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Northcentral University and multiple advanced degrees, including an M.B.A. in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
