Kayla Byrnes

Kayla Byrnes has extensive experience in marketing and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Fan Experience at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since August 2016, with previous roles as an Administrative Assistant and Student Administrative Assistant at the same institution. Additionally, Kayla worked as a Game Night Marketing Intern for Orlando Solar Bears from October 2022 to April 2023 and gained valuable experience in customer service at Daytona Ice Arena from March 2014 to August 2016, where responsibilities included greeting guests and managing food service operations. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Physiology and Medicine from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
