Kees Rietsema

Kees Rietsema is an Associate Professor of Business and Leadership at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), where involvement has spanned from 2003 to the present, including a tenure as Dean from 2011 to 2014, focusing on the growth of the Worldwide College of Business. Rietsema also serves as a Managing Partner for the Rolands Market Project, an adaptive reuse initiative in Phoenix since 2016, and as an Advisory Board Member for VerdeXchange Arizona, promoting sustainable economic growth through leadership conferences since 2015. Prior to academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Rietsema retired from the United States Air Force, contributing nearly two decades of service in various roles. Education includes a PhD in Organizational and Management from Capella University, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
