Pam Willingham

Pam Willingham, PMP, currently serves as Deputy Program Manager for Systems and Resources at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where responsibilities include leading the technical team, establishing a Project Management Office (PMO), managing project managers, and writing proposals for the FAA. Previously, Pam held the role of Senior FTB Technical Manager, overseeing a lab environment with an annual budget of approximately $1 million and achieving Authorization to Operate from the FAA. Prior experience includes various positions at Volusia County School District, ranging from Oracle System Administrator/Project Manager to Teacher, and earlier teaching roles at the School District of Manatee County. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Elementary Education and Teaching from Eckerd College.
