Jessica Yee has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jessica started their career as a Human Computer Interaction Lab Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they conducted research in collaboration with IBM Research Labs. Jessica then worked as a User Tester at UserTesting.com for a brief period.
