Koen Bavinck

Koen Bavinck has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Koen is currently the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Emburse Travel & Mobility, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Roadmap, a company acquired by Emburse in March 2021. In this role, Koen helped corporate clients maximize the value of their travel programs and improve communication with travelers.

Before their time at Roadmap, Koen worked at Sound of Data, where they served as a Partner, Vice President, and Sales Manager. In these positions, they focused on Travel 2.0 and Call Center Solutions, responsible for new business development and managing existing customer relationships.

Koen's early career included roles at BT Global Services, where they held positions such as Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Bid Manager. Koen'sresponsibilities at BT included managing premium rate services, IVR services, and SMS services in the Benelux region.

Koen Bavinck began their education at Strabrecht College, where they attended from 1991 to 1993. After that, they attended the Amsterdamse Academie for Bank and Finance from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Management, Economics, and Law. Following this, from 1994 to 2000, Koen Bavinck studied at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Management, Economics, and Law. More recently, in 2010 to 2011, they attended De Baak for the Young Executive Program - YEP 111.
