Rosa Castellnou began their work experience in 2011 as an intern at IMC - Iniciatives Mediterrànies de Comunicació SL, where they managed social media and assisted in creating press kits. Rosa then completed an internship at Diari de Tarragona in 2011. In 2012, Rosa worked as an usher at the Congrés de Comunicació i Risc before starting a videoconferencing internship at Universitat Rovira i Virgili - URV. In 2013, they continued their internships at Tinet Xarxa Ciutadana, where they managed social media and maintained content management systems, and Lo Pati - Centre d'Art de les Terres de l'Ebre, where they handled communication tasks such as content updates, translations, and social media management.
Rosa then served as an event coordinator for BIAM 2014. Premi Biennal d'Art Ciutat d'Amposta, where they coordinated and communicated for the 13th edition of the award and worked on catalog creation. From 2015 to 2020, Rosa held various roles at Captio, including digital marketing strategist for the Inbound Spain and Inbound UK projects, as well as managing the PPC project. Rosa also worked as a social media manager, handling corporate social media management, content generation, and SEO.
In 2020, Rosa joined Emburse as a digital marketing strategist for Emburse Captio.
Rosa Castellnou has a diverse education history. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Web Analytics at KSchool. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Universitat Rovira i Virgili where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Journalism. Rosa also earned another Licentiate degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same institution during the same period.
Additionally, Rosa has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the HUBSPOT MARKETING SOFTWARE and INBOUND SALES CERTIFIED certifications from HubSpot. In 2016, they obtained the certification for "Community Manager: el gestor de las comunidades online" from Foxize. Furthermore, they acquired the Advanced Google Analytics certification in September 2021. Rosa has also completed a course in Digital Marketing from Google Actívate and the certification for "Implementing an Integrated Digital Marketing Plan" from eCornell. Lastly, they hold a certificate in Mecanografía (Typing), although the institution from which they obtained it is unknown.
