Richard Baldwin

Richard Baldwin is currently working at EMC Engineering Services, Inc. as an Associate Owner and Augusta Survey Manager, handling all aspects of Land Surveying. Prior to this, Richard worked at H. Lawson Graham & Assoc. as a Survey Manager, starting as an Instrument man and progressing to RLS. Richard also worked at AG Land Surveying as a Survey Party Chief, where Richard did both office work and field surveying. At Beasley Land Surveying, Richard worked as an Associate Survey Party Chief, specializing in various survey types. Richard obtained a Land Surveying Certificate from Middle Georgia State University and completed education at Coastal Carolina University and Ferrum College.
