Eric Ford

Eric Ford, DMin, PhD, serves as a Change Management & Organizational Design Consultant for EMC Insurance Companies, focusing on organizational development and alignment within corporate strategy. Currently also the Executive Director at St. James United Methodist Church, Eric provides leadership coaching and strategic guidance. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Yost & Associates, Change Management Research Consultant for Pivot NW, and Organizational and Leadership Development Specialist for Great Plains United Methodist Conference. Eric's extensive education includes a PhD and MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, a DMin in Strategic Leadership from Southern Methodist University, an MDiv from Boston University, and a BA in Religion/Religious Studies from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
