Josh L. Manmiller

Josh Manmiller serves as the Vice President and Valley Forge Branch Manager at EMC Insurance Companies starting in December 2022, overseeing strategic initiatives and the P&L for the Mid-Atlantic region, while leading sales and underwriting teams and enhancing agency partnerships. Prior to this role, Josh held multiple leadership positions at Donegal Insurance Group from July 2005 to December 2022, including Vice President of National Accounts for Commercial Lines Marketing and Vice President of Commercial Lines Underwriting, where responsibilities included managing strategic relationships with National Agency Partners and overseeing underwriting operations across several states. Josh began the career with Wells Fargo Financial as a Credit Manager. Josh holds a degree in Business Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2000 and 2004.
