Lucinda Davidson

Lucinda Davidson is a seasoned insurance professional with over 25 years of experience in property, casualty, and commercial lines insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Line Underwriter at EMC Insurance Companies since January 2018, Lucinda has developed strong relationships with agents, managed a large territory, and focused on growth and new business opportunities, along with process improvement. Previously, Lucinda held roles at American Modern Insurance Group, including Customer Service Manager II, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, training, and enhancing customer satisfaction, as well as supervisory roles that emphasized team performance and problem resolution. Lucinda began her career in retail management as an Assistant Manager at Blue Chip Cookies. Lucinda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate’s Degree in Integrated Studies from Northern Kentucky University.
